Proof in 90 minutes / Same Day Critical production orders proof in 15 to 30 minutes
When we receive Artwork, we will proof your artfile and be sure it is print quality. If it is, we will have a digital proof to you within 90 minutes. Same Day Critical production, the proof will be sent within 15 to 30 minutes. Our graphic designer specialist assigned to the proofs is available from 8:30am to 3:30pm E.S.T. on business days.

Proof prior to purchase / No payment is required until proof is approved

Some customers prefer to see their proof prior to paying for the order. No problem at all. Select the product the proof is for, add to the shopping cart and proceed through checkout. In the payment section, you will see a button for Free Proof. Select the free proof option. No credit card information is required and complete checkout. On the confirmation screen upload your artfile. This way, once the proof is to your approval, you can simply call our printed department (800) 937-1159, give your project manager your pending order number and credit card information and your custom printed tablecloth order is ready to go into production.

Acceptable files to submit

Adobe Illustrator file, an EPS or editable PDF file. Other acceptable file types are INDD., PSD, SVG, and TIFF files. JPG or PNG files must be built to the size. For JPG images the background included with image will print so be sure the background matches fabric color selected if not an all over print. When preparing artfile, use solid coated PMS values or CMYK. Include any fonts or outline text in your files, at least 150 dpi at full size.

If using our template found on most products, do not change the size of the template. Do not flatten any of the layers. CMYK and solid coated Pantone values need to be designated within the file. All elements must be power clipped using a clipping mask within the panel or different panels.
