Wife and I love the sequins table runners we purchased for the big family Thanksgiving party. Also very impressed with this company. UPS lost our package of table linens and the Sequins runners. This was 3 days before Thanksgiving and UPS said they would investigate, would take 10 days before investigation completed and if not found they would authorize paying for replacement. We were very upset and no one at UPS seemed willing to expedite the process, authorize Premier to send us the replacements. When I spoke to Mr. Cueto the owner at this linen company he immediately told me he would have replacement made that day and sent to us 2nd day air at his expense and that he would deal with UPS. We are so grateful Mr. Cueto!!! (Posted on 1/22/2017)
