My client actually found premier Table Linens and I will say I am very impressed at the service and quality. I called them, introduced myself, told them how happy I was and that I would be using them from now forward and immediately the owner, super nice guy came on, greeted me and welcomed me to the Premier Table Linens family. Every time I call now every customer service agent knows me and treats me very warmly yet I know they have 100's if not thousands of much larger accounts. After seeing the awards trhis company received on the wedding wire forums and reading reviews about this company we contacted them and purchased the crinkle tafetta for our wedding reception. The serice was top knotch (except a little slow respondiong to emails),I found Ledi to be extreemly helpful and she really assisted us with color decission. The crinkle tafetta quality is excellent. This is our go to company whenever possible! Tony and his staff are wonderful, all their linens and shirts are good wedding reception quality, prices very reasonable and they always ship in 24 hours. If going to be purchasing regularly from them, ask customer service tyo say hello and introduce yourself. Once you do the entire organization will know your business and give you white glove treatment. I feel very apecial and impressed. We have placed about 11 orders this year, nothing real big but yet we are made to feel like we are their best customer. Wish other businesses would take this approach. Word of caution in closing. Anyone considering making big mistake and purchasing from Line Tablecloth, look at their F- Better Business Bureau rating and 100's of serious wedding wire review complaints before you do. I ordered 10 of these tablecloths for my nieces bridal shower. They are perfect. They looked beautiful and although I was going to steam the folds out, I didn't have time so I just used them as is when they arrived and the folds basically fell out and could not be seen.
