Glad I did not buy the 20x20. These are plenty large napkin. Rarely do I leave reviews but these pople so deserve it. The customer service both on chat and twice on phone was excellent. They assisted me, educated me, treated me like I was a big corporate buyer of something eventhough I was just purchasing a tablecloth and set of napkins. Theyfollowed up with advise, not trying to upsell. Can not say enough but I want the owner to know that Dustin and Mari who both asisted me are are asset to your company.
