Last week I contacted customer service because I had not received a confirmation of my order being shipped. a relatively new fabric..Fandango…production problem, the order was misplaced. Immediately the young lady in customer service got into action and promised the order would be shipped the next day. WOW! It arrived Friday! I am so thrilled as I was at wits end to get the tables set this weekend as my dinner was just over a week away.

Fandango is the most gorgeous fabric I have ever ordered from Premier! The Herringbone weaved linens are beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! I am so impressed with both sides that I decided to use the “reverse” for my dinner party first and the gorgeous herringbone patterned side for New Year’s instead of the silver Majestic from a previous year’s order. The cut down for my octangular table was absolutely perfect!!! And the big round that seats 12…perfect, perfect, perfect. Both clear the carpet by a 1/2 inch…just the way I like them be.

I would like to add…that all the tablecloths I have ordered over the years have released some awful,awful stains. even when a guest spilled a whole crystal “creamer” of salad dressing on my Majestic and tried to wipe up the spill with her satin napkin! And lip stick…yuk…red no less…all have come out of my napkins and cloths. Your products are fist rate and customer service…well…priceless!
